Description
The minimum order quantity for bespoke printed Pride biscuits, is 10. For orders over 100 units or for more bespoke options, please email enquiries@thebiskery.com! We will happily work with you to create the best printed pride biscuits for your needs.
- All our biscuits are handmade and exclusively baked to order.
- Biscuit shape: round (fluted).
- We can print any (full-colour) logo/ artwork.
- We individually wrap each printed Pride biscuit in a compostable transparent bag.
- Ingredient labels and best before date included on all biscuits.
Our basic biscuit recipe is inspired by a traditional Austrian Christmas biscuit called Linzer biscuit. Co-founder Lisa comes from South Germany. And our biscuits are made to her Grandmother’s Linzer recipe (excluding the nuts).
The one and only Nigella Lawson described Linzer cookies on BBC Food as having a texture of “melting tenderness and celestial lightness” and the dough being “rich and short”.
Ingredients
Wheat Flour (Carbonate, Niacin (B3), Iron, Thiamin (B1)), Sugar, Free Range Eggs, Butter (Milk), Vanilla, Baking Powder (Wheat). Fondant: Glucose Syrup, Palm Oil*, Humectant (Glycerol), Emulsifier (Mono- and Di-Glycerides of Fatty Acids), Stabilisers (Xanthan Gum, Cellulose), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Flavouring. Wafer: Potato Starch, Veg Oil, Tartrazine E102* (1,5%), Blue E133 (2%),1.2 Propandiol E1520, Acidifier: Citric Acid E330, Black BN E151 (2,5%), Yellow E110* (0,8%) E104* (0,6%) - May Have An Adverse Effect On The Activity And Attention In Children.
