Is there a minimum order volume?
✅ We have no minimum order volume. But we do charge for our development time. As you will know testing recipes, creating cutters to test ideas takes time and we want to take this seriously for you hence why there is a cost to it.
What is the shelf life?
✅ Our standard biscuit recipe has a shelf life of 10 weeks from being baked. If you require a new recipe this timeframe might change depending on the ingredients.
Are the printed images safe to eat?
✅ Yes, the images are printed with food-grade, non-toxic edible ink on rice paper, making them completely safe for consumption.
Can I order biscuits with complex or colourful logos?
✅ Yes, full-colour printing is available, allowing for vibrant and detailed logo reproduction.
Can you cater to any shape and size?
✅ In the main yes, but we are limited by oven size 😊
