Our signature biscuits are inspired by a traditional Austrian Christmas biscuit called Linzer cookie. Co-founder Lisa hails from the South of Germany, and our biscuits are made to her Grandmother’s Linzer recipe (excluding the nuts).

Ingredients
If you know that our biscuits will be served to anyone with an allergy, please make us aware of this.

Biscuit: Wheat Flour (Carbonate, Niacin (B3), Iron, Thiamin (B1)), Sugar, Free Range Eggs, Butter (Milk), Vanilla Sugar (Sugar (98%), Vanillin), Baking Powder (Wheat Starch, E450(i), E500). Jam (15%): Red Currant Juice, Sugar, Citrus Pectin, Organic Lemon Juice, Sodium Citrate.

Allergy advice: for allergens see ingredients in bold.
MAY CONTAIN: nuts, peanuts, soya, sulphur dioxide.
