Our signature biscuits are inspired by a traditional Austrian Christmas biscuit called Linzer cookie. Co-founder Lisa hails from the South of Germany, and our biscuits are made to her Grandmother’s Linzer recipe (excluding the nuts).

Biscuit: WHEAT Flour (Carbonate, Niacin (B3), Iron, Thiamin (B1)), Sugar, Free Range EGGS , Butter (MILK), Vanilla Sugar (Sugar (98%), Vanillin), Baking Powder (WHEAT Starch, E450(i), E500).
Jam (15%): Red Currant Juice, Sugar, Citrus Pectin, Organic Lemon Juice, Sodium Citrate.
Fondant: Sugar (EU and non-EU), Glucose Syrup, Palm Oil (Sustainably Sourced), Humectant: E422, Emulsifier: E471, Stabilisers: E415, E466; Preservative: E202, Flavouring. Fondant Colouring: Humectant: E422, Thickener: E551, Propylene Glycol E1520, Silicon Dioxide E551 Colours: E110*, E104*, E102*, E124*, E129*, E133, E122*, E155, E171, E172, E110, E170i, E103, E153.
