Our signature biscuits are inspired by a traditional Austrian Christmas biscuit called Linzer cookie. Co-founder Lisa hails from the South of Germany, and our biscuits are made to her Grandmother’s Linzer recipe (excluding the nuts).
Ingredients
Wheat Flour (Carbonate, Niacin (B3), Iron, Thiamin (B1)), Sugar, Free Range Eggs, Butter (Milk) (18%), Vanilla, Baking Powder (Wheat). Red Currant Jelly: Red Currant Juice, Sugar Citrus Pectin, Sodium Citrate.
Fondant (35%): Glucose Syrup, Palm Oil*, Humectant (Glycerol), Emulsifier (Mono- and Di-Glycerides of Fatty Acids), Stabilisers (Xanthan Gum, Cellulose), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Flavouring. Colouring: (Glycerol E422, Propylene Glycol E1520, Silicon Dioxide E551, Food Colouring E122, E133, E155, E171, E122 - May Have An Adverse Effect On The Activity And Attention In Children *Made From Sustainably Sourced Palm Oil
