The company behind The Ordinary came to us ahead of a brand event. The brief was precise and confident, which is always a good sign. 1,000 fluted wafer biscuits, each carrying the The Ordinary logo, ready to hold their own in a room full of people who notice things.

From Enquiry to Sign-Off

Louiser from the Deciem team submitted the enquiry through our contact form. From there, things moved with the kind of pace that happens when both sides know what they want. Design confirmed. Order locked. Production underway.

Working with a globally recognised brand also meant moving through their internal vendor onboarding: bank verification, procurement processes, etc. None of that is unusual when you work regularly with large corporate clients, and none of it slowed us down. It is simply part of what it means to be a supplier people can genuinely rely on.

Delivered Ahead of Schedule

The biscuits were packed and ready before the deadline, with a Saturday delivery arranged to make sure they landed in time for the event. A short exchange with the team afterwards confirmed what we always hope to hear: they were happy to share the biscuits on their socials, and offered to send photos from the event.
