Icandy branded biscuitsiCandy is not a new name in the world of British family life. Founded in London in 1933 and now in its fourth generation of family ownership, the company built its reputation first in fashion and manufacturing before evolving into one of the UK's most recognised names in luxury pushchairs and travel systems.

When iCandy runs retailer events, the expectation is high. Every touchpoint has to feel considered. Every detail carries the brand.

So when Marketing & PR Executive Melissa began planning a series of retailer in-store events across the UK, she needed something that felt premium without feeling cold. Something people would actually remember. She found The Biskery through a simple Google search and reached out.

"Your website is very user-friendly and the branding is also excellent," she wrote in her first message.

The Brief

Melissa needed 460 Small Wafer Logo biscuits, each 5.5cm and fluted, printed with the iCandy logo, ready to travel to retailer in-store events around the country. The order came in on 10 April 2026. Biscuits were needed by 22 April.

Under two weeks, from first enquiry to delivery.

What Happened Next

A clear, friendly process that respected the fact Melissa had an event deadline to hit and didn't have time to manage a supplier who needed hand-holding.

The biscuits were dispatched on Monday 21 April via Royal Mail tracked delivery and arrived the very next day. When Melissa followed up about tracking, Holly had the answer before the question had barely landed.

The Result

Across the UK 460 iCandy branded biscuits made their way into the hands of retailers and customers.

"We're really happy with them. Thank you so much for your help!"

WUKA chooses The Biskery

The brands that resonate most with what we do at The Biskery are not necessarily the largest. They are the ones who have thought carefully about why they give, not just what they give.

WUKA is a textbook example of that. Community-led, values-anchored, and genuinely connected to the people they serve: gifting for a brand like this is not transactional. It is an extension of who they are.

Every leadership book says: "thank your people"

The difference between sincere praise and what researchers call flattery is this:

Sincere praise, the kind grounded in specific observed behaviour, produced significantly greater activation in the brain's core reward region than generic positive feedback.

When praise becomes untethered from any specific behaviour, the brain adapts. The dopamine response fades. The brain has learned, quite accurately, that the signal contains no real information.
