Picture this: you walk into your brand-new office, and instead of just a desk and a chair, you’re greeted by a biscuit that looks and feels like a personal welcome mat. That’s the kind of first impression Cardo wanted to create for their client’s team, and why they came to The Biskery.

Who is Cardo?

Cardo is one of the UK’s leading providers of building maintenance and retrofit services, specialising in social housing and public sector buildings. They are all about making homes and workplaces safer, more efficient, and more welcoming for everyone who uses them.

The brief

For their latest office fit-out, Cardo wanted to go beyond the usual. Their idea: a rectangular iced biscuit, designed to look like a front door mat, with colourful stripes matching their client's brand and a big “welcome” across the top. They needed 800 biscuits in time for the big move-in day.

Why The Biskery?

Cardo came to us because we specialise in turning creative ideas into delicious, branded biscuits. We love helping brands make people feel valued, and we know how to handle big, bespoke orders with tight deadlines.

How we delivered

📍 We took Cardo’s rough mock-up and brought it to life, matching the corporate colours and printing each biscuit to get those stripes just right.

📍 We talked through packaging options, helping them decide what would feel most special, whether that meant a ribbon-tied gift box for each biscuit or larger boxes for easy distribution.

📍 Our team managed the timeline perfectly.

📍 Every biscuit was baked fresh to order, packed with care, and delivered ready to make someone’s day.

The result

On move-in day, every new team member found a bespoke biscuit waiting for them, a small gesture that made a big impact! Cardo’s thoughtful welcome set the tone for their client’s new space, and we loved being part of it.
