Spice Mix: Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cardamom, Ginger, Star Anise, Coriander, Cloves, White Pepper.
Packed in a plant that handles Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Sesame seeds, Gluten, Wheat, Milk powder, Soya & Mustard.

Royal Icing: Sugar, Egg White Powder (Pasteurised Dried Hen Egg Albumen, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid; Stabiliser: Triethyl Citrate).

Allergy advice: for allergens see ingredients in bold. Once open, store in an airtight container. Keep in a cool and dry place.
