In addition our basic biscuit recipe is inspired by a traditional Austrian Christmas biscuit called Linzer cookie. Co-founder Lisa hails from the South of Germany, and our biscuits are made to her Grandmother’s Linzer recipe (excluding the nuts).

The one and only Nigella Lawson described Linzer cookies on BBC Food as having a texture of “melting tenderness and celestial lightness” and the dough being “rich and short”. Our fondant has a lovely vanilla note, and is made with palm oil from sustainable sources only.

All our packaging is recyclable or compostable.

Wheat Flour (Carbonate, Niacin (B3), Iron, Thiamin (B1)), Sugar, Free Range Eggs, Butter (Milk), Vanilla, Baking Powder (Wheat). Fondant: Glucose Syrup, Palm Oil*, Humectant (Glycerol), Emulsifier (Mono- And Di-Glycerides Of Fatty Acids), Stabilisers (Xanthan Gum, Cellulose), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Flavouring. Ink Ingredients: Blue #1 - Brilliant Blu FCF (E133), Carmoisine - Azorubin (E122), Yellow #5 - Tartrazin (E102), Yellow #6 - Sunset Yellow FCF (E110), Polysorbate 80, Sodium Hydroxide, Mono- and Di¬Glycerides, Glycerine, Potassium Citrate, Propylene Glycol, Carmoisine, Mono- And Di-Glyceride, Purified Water.
